I have a Compaq Presario 5423US (5000 Series) computer that I have successfully used (cloned ) with a Sony Trinotron. But when I hooked up my Vizio 52″ High Def LCD Tv and cloned it, it worked but the picture on the LCD Tv is not very clear. how do I fix this.

Hey everyone! I have a very nice compaq laptop, but I would like to expand a bit. I also have a 42″ LCD TV. I was wondering if there exists some kind of cord or something that I can use as my monitor? I have the monitor input on the back of my laptop.
ANY help or light being shed upon my question would be very helpful!

My gf wants a LCD monitor for her computer but I have a LCD tv I don’t use and was wondering if its possible to connect that as a monitor? Its a Sanyo Vizon like 23″. The connections in the back are several standard (yellow, red, white) connectors, and S-Video connections. Is it possible to use this? If so what should I buy EXACTLY? Thanks again.

Why are LCD Monitors cheaper than LCD TVs? Both receive and process digital information so why the big price difference? Is it the resolution and clarity? Or is it just a rip off the industry doesn’t want you to know about?

i am planning to buy a 26 inch lcd tv that has a computer hook-up.
what i want to know is will i be able to get the same benefits that i get with a computer monitor
such as changing the DPI zooming maginification resolution etc.
